1. What are the operational hours?

The Groenlândia and Pinheiros sites are open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. The Faria Lima and Paulista sites are open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

2. Where does Brain have sites?

Rua Groenlândia, 808: three houses approx. 3.000m²
Av. Paulista 2518 cj 22: four complexes and and a penthouse apartment with an area of 500m²
Rua Francisco Leitão 258: two houses approx. 1.000m²
Av. Brig. Faria Lima 2.391 cj 131: penthouse apartment with an area of 350m²

Shared offices - Membership

1. What's the difference between Flex and Fixed Membership?

With Fixed Membership, the workspace is reserved for the client. In other words, they will always work in the same place. Flex Membership, on the other hand, means that the client uses whatever space is available and can visit the various BRAIN sites.

2. What is included in the price of Flex and Fixed Membership?

The client has the following costs included in the same bill: rent, condominium, building rates and taxes, commercial address, administration support services, mail handling, cleaning services, IT infrastructure, internet with dedicated fiber optics and backup links, security, furniture, water, electricity and air-conditioning.

In the case of Fixed Membership, the client has the right to a chest of drawers and 4 hours of meeting rooms.

3. Are meeting hours included in the price as well?

Our concept is to transform fixed costs into variable costs. This way, the client only pays for the use of meeting rooms according to their needs.

The Fixed Membership clients have 4 hours of meeting room use included.

4. What are the Administrative Support services?

Mail handling, commercial address and support in daily office activities.

5. Can other people use my place?

No, the place is linked to an ID document.

6. Is the commercial address included?

Yes, just like mail handling.

7. Is it possible to use all the sites?

Yes, the Full Membership client can use all the sites. When you want to take a visitor, you must use the common areas or rent a meeting room.

This logic applies also to Fixed Membership clients.

8. Is there parking?

We have agreements in cases where our partner doesn’t operate parking at the site.

9. Can I have a telephone line with Full Membership?

No, as the client can be at a different site each day, or even in different places at each site.

However, the client can opt for a personalized telephone answering service.

10. Is there a monthly contract?

Yes, we have contracts from 1 to 12 months.

Private Room

1. What is the size of a room?

The private rooms vary in size and profile. We can accommodate clients that demand rooms from 1 person to more than 50.

2. What is included in the price of the room - Private Membership?

The client has the same costs included in the same bill: rent, condominium, building rates and fees, commercial address, administrative support services, mail handling, cleaning services, IT infrastructure, internet with dedicated fibre optics and backup, security, furniture, water, electricity and air conditioning.

The client can opt to bring their own furniture.

3. Is furniture made available?

Yes, we call this Plug & Play.

4. Is a meeting room included?

Our concept is to transform fixed costs into variable costs. This way, the client pays for the use of meeting rooms according to their needs.

We can create a package for meeting room hours, if needs be.

5. Is there coffee and water?

The client can bring these items to their private room.

Alternatively, we rely on the services of Cafelito at our sites, which is a Bistro Café.

6. Is it possible to modify the room?

Yes, the client can personalize and customize the room as they wish.

However, at the end of the contract, they must hand it back in its original state.

7. Is there parking?

We have agreements in cases where our partner doesn’t operate parking at the site.

8. Which companies are at B4i?

We have companies from different sectors and the more varied our ecosystem becomes, the richer it will be to oxygenate ideas and stimulate networked businesses.

Virtual Office

1. Can I use my BRAIN address as my physical address?

No, just commercial address. However, we work with a partner in Santana do Parnaiba which can take care of your needs. In this case, you hire a tax address service with this company and the other office addresses directly with BRAIN.

2. How is the mail handling provided?

As soon as we receive some mail, we let our clients know by email, so they can pick it up from reception.

3. With personlized phone answering, is it possible to transfer the call to a cellphone?

No, we only note down the message and send it by email.

4. How much is charged for calls over the limit?

R$ 6,70/call.

5. Where can I publish the address?

The commercial address can be published on your site, business cards, etc.

6. Can I transfer the line I have to BRAIN?

No, the client must use the line made available by BRAIN.

Meeting Room

1. What is the daily rate?

We have different meeting rooms per site, each with distinct sizes, profiles and price. To get a quote on a meeting room, please get in touch with a specific site concierge.

2. What is included in the room?

Use of the infrastructure, like furniture, internet and the latest TV projection technology.

3. Is there a projector?

Yes, there is TV projection.

4. If I go over my timeslot, can I use the common areas?

Preferably, we will try to accommodate you in another meeting room, if the room you’re using is reserved. If there isn’t a room available, the client can use the common areas.
